Position - HR Generalist.
Qualification - MBA.
Job Role :
- Responsible for supporting HR Operations that includes Recruitment, OD initiatives, Employee Development and Engagement.
- Required to see that HR Operations team successful implements planned agenda, delivers on time and lives up to the expectations of the end customers.
- Expected to adhere to the guidelines; ensuring time to time amendments are executed and incorporated consistently in HR policies, PMS cycles or any others HR areas assigned to the Job holder. The job holder is required to assist in redefining compensation and benefits framework and provide support in any evaluation or surveys consistently.
- Plan and organize effective training programs aimed at enhancing performance and productivity of employees.
- Implement OD projects like Competency Building, Climate Survey, etc.
- Execution of Performance Appraisals & conduct awareness sessions.
- Handle HR Process- improvements and Audits.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Total Time Spent on All Responsibilities.
