Senior Manager HR (Generalist)
We are looking for a smart and dynamic professional to lead Human Resources and accompany the growth of our client, which is an international project management firm operating across Asia and Africa.
The role mainly entails boosting recruitment to identify and hire the best talent in the industry, developing leadership and on-the-job training programmes, and building high-performance teams. The incumbent will be managing a growing team and reporting to the Managing Director India.

Lead the entire gamut of HR and admin functions, including:
1. Recruitment & induction
2. Performance management
3. Reward & recognition
4. Compensation & benefits
5. Training & development
6. Employer branding
7. Internal communication
8. General HR Operations and administration
Candidate Specifications:
- BCom, BE, or BTech. Post-graduate degree is a plus
- 12-15 years of experience in a SME (50-200 employees) managing all aspects of HR
- Keen understanding of a B2B service business
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Keen understanding of skill maps and training programmes
- Process-driven with good analytical skills
