About our Client: Our client is a global MNC with presence in multiple geographies and is a leading specialty chemicals manufacturing company. In India they are based out of Mumbai and are looking for a seasoned professional with experience as HR generalist and focus on Talent Acquisition.
Job Description: Reporting into the HR Head you will be in a pan India role and responsible for managing a staff strength of 700 employees. Execute HR strategies, which support Business goals. Adjust HR execution plans, as needed, to respond to changing business requirements.
- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers Talent Management process, Talent Mapping, Workforce planning, Succession planning
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant you should have minimum 10 years of experience as HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition lead.
- Strong preference would be given to candidates with similar industry experience.
