This role is to drive technology implementation internally at PeopleStrong. The role will be change enablement efforts by integrating all the internal processes across all functions.
- Has been part of Change management team or has been a lead for a technology related change project.
- Candidates should have 7 to 12 years work experience post MBA or Masters degree preferably from Tier 1 campus.
- 3+ years of experience in Change Management related projects is desired.
- Experience in managing change related to any HCM implementation such as SAP HR, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft HCM, Success factor etc. will be plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team work and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
