OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Technology
- Lead as the HR Technology COE across Organization - and create and deploy a multi-year HR technology roadmap
- Partner with stakeholders within HR and IT to define project scope; create project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities, resource requirements, and timelines
- Use technology and processes improvements to enhance experience and productivity for both HR stakeholders and employees
- Plan for HR Technology upgrades in phases in line with technology improvements in market.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Use tools and technology to automate HR reporting and analytics
- Analytics across all functional areas - Talent Acquisition, C&B, Learning, Business Partner HR, Manpower Panning and Wage costs
- Create decision support tools and dashboards for consumption of business leaders and managers
Process Design and Improvement
- Identify process improvement areas to reduce effort and enhance process throughput by enhancing technology supporting the process
