Job Role :
- The role involves sales / sales support, practice development and engagement delivery
Sales :
- Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell
- Would need to get involved in fresh pursuits
- Should have led pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions, presenting solutions to client and closing business
Engagement Delivery :
- Candidate would have to take on management role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as subject expertise to the teams executing engagements
- Would also be involved in client management / client expectation management
Overall :
- People skill - has managed a team before and understands the concept of work-life balance
- Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time
- Understands the business needs to align HR agenda
- Has a strong understanding of functional knowledge in HR across multiple areas
- Candidate should have atleast 2 of 3 subject expertise
Academic Qualifications : MBA
Experience :
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of successful delivery of large engagements in the following areas of expertise:
- HR Transformation
- Talent Management
- Change Management
