Description :
Reporting into the Partner, you will be managing a team of people on project basis and will be responsible for:
- Advising clients in the areas of Industrial Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations, HR Transformation, etc.
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR
- Partner actively with clients and business heads to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
- Coach and design solutions on matters including Mergers & Acquisitions, handling Union discussions, due diligence, talent management programs and organisation development
- Working closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality
- Candidates with 8-14 years of experience in managing a CoE or working in Consulting firm with experience of handling Mergers & Acquisitions is a must
- Proven track record of innovative HR management in a consulting space
- Experience of working in a client facing role will be a plus
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in written, verbal communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise under pressure
- Advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
