Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on retail sales hiring, you will play a critical role in shaping the talent strategy and driving the people agenda for our retail operations. You will partner closely with retail leadership to understand business objectives and align HR strategies to achieve these goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and extensive experience in retail sales hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to retail leadership on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives of the retail division.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment process for retail sales roles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring clear communication of expectations and regular feedback.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and developing employee growth plans.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development opportunities to support career advancement.
Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that address the needs of retail employees.
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and competencies.
- Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Provide insights and recommendations on compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Partner with the compensation team to manage salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses.
- Communicate and educate employees on benefits programs and policies.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
