Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job description:
Reports to: Sr Director HR , Admin & Security.
Department: Human Resources
Level-L8
Key Mission: Drive business success by strategically aligning HR solutions with organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Be a True Partner: Collaborate with leaders to set the HR agenda, proactively solve business challenges, and ensure people solutions are on point.
- Data-Driven HR: Analyze trends and key metrics to develop effective HR programs, policies, and improvements.
- Performance Champion: Guide managers on performance management, boost employee morale, and focus on productivity and retention.
- Policy & Compliance Guard: Create, implement, and enforce HR policies. Prepare essential HR reports.
- Talent Magnet: Own the entire recruitment process (finding talent, interviews, offers), conduct training needs analysis, design training programs, and help with succession planning.
- Performance Management Leader: Administer the company's performance management system.
- Law Abiding Citizen: Stay on top of employment laws and regulations, ensure compliance.
- Employee Relations Expert: Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and conduct investigations fairly.
- Audit Buddy: Help with internal/external audits for smooth completion
What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
Experience: At least 8 years working in HR, including solving employee relations issues and across multiple HR areas.
Knowledge: Experience as a generalist or HRBP, working with diverse cultures, market awareness, and strong knowledge of labor laws.
Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, coaching, problem-solving, detail-oriented, time management, multi-tasking, and the ability to handle sensitive matters firmly.
