Sr Manager- HR : R & D center (pharmaceutical) for a renowned Indian MNC with huge international presence. HR Professionals with minimum 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical/ chemical industries may respond urgently to us.
Role: Incumbent will be responsible for HR partnering with the division and lead HR Projects in its strategic talent development initiatives, help to implement HR strategies
Strategic partnering: build, adjust and implement division wise strategies to address typical challenges in the Division, with special focus on key projects.

- Understanding and prosecuting the talent needs of the Business Division
- creating and implementing a vision for talent strategy accordingly,
- Proactively identifying short term talent issues before they will impact the business
- Designing and implementing OD related tools and leadership surveys that indicate the climate and other metrics of organization health.
- Champion and drive OD interventions across the Functions
- Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognizing the right behaviours.
- Identify and design appropriate tools for rewarding and recognizing employees.
- Talent management: Lead strategic talent programs - high-potential development interventions, executive coaching, competency frameworks, assessment methodologies, culture and change management, employee engagement and other leadership and functional development initiatives.
- Observe peer industries with respect to talent management, foster global benchmarking of various personnel related frameworks.
- Implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, Cross functional roles, Project based roles and Subject Matter Experts to suit needs at various levels.
