- Your primary responsibility is to partner with line management in developing business unit workforce strategy to proactively address business issues related to people development and productivity to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- You would also consult and provide guidance to managers and leaders on people initiatives such as employee on boarding, movement, employee development, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, new manager orientations, up skilling of new managers etc.
- You would act as a change agent and position the role of business partner as an integral part of the business by developing effective working relationships, influencing, and challenging senior department managers and ensuring the development and delivery of their people plan in support of the department and HR strategies.
- Further, you would be a liaison - connecting business with specialists at the centres of expertise (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning, Global HR etc.) who can provide focused expertise to address specific HR needs.
In this position you would report to HR Director
Qualification Below skills are required to have :
- Postgraduate/ graduate degree in relevant field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in human resources out of which at least 4 years in a Recruitment/HRBP and HR Analytics role and at least 4 yrs. of People management experience.
- Successful track record as an HR specialist with involvement in organization design and development, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee training and development, Facilitation skills - group and individual, training, team development, conflict resolution Working knowledge of employment law.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives Experience in a global, matrix management structure
- Experience from working in service level-based organizations and managing service level agreements with customers and vendors with strong stakeholder management
- Experience in vendor management & handling budget responsibilitie
- Independent, flexible, diplomatic, resilient, and able to deal with ambiguity.
- Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead in an informal 'roll up your sleeves and get it done' manner that is perceived to be people-centric, effective, and marked by a high level of energy.
