Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head and leading a team of 3 reportees, you will be responsible for the following in an individual contributor capacity:

- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy

- Ensuring effective compensation and benefits strategy while managing external partners for the same

- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region

- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid term appraisal cycle at organization level

- Conceptualizing the talent development strategy for the region

- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region

The Successful Candidate - You would hold 12+ years of experience in HR, Organization Design & Restructuring, HR Strategy and Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
