HRBP:
- Spearhead employee engagement, HR automation and End to end employee life cycle management.
- Analyze HR processes and streamline systems.
- Implement HR strategy.
- Support business goals with HR Framework around the key elements of attract, retain, build, engage & transform.
- Goal set, career discussions, employee movement, performance management.
- Ensure smooth on-board of new talent, structure induction programs, buddy programs, reference networks, people engagement etc
- Employee Engagement.
- Performance management & compensation framework.
- Implement and drive the HR automation initiative.
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Manage end to end recruitment process for all positions.
- Driving the Campus hiring process.
