- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders.

- HRBP skills should be top notch. A strong record of business impact at organisation level.

- Only full time PG/MBA from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/SIBM/SIMS or equivalent

- 8-12+ years of experience in HR as strong and stable leader . experience in Industrial Relations is a must. preferred from Manufacturing or FMCG
