Senior Manager-HRBP-Aurangabad location
We have an opportunity with one of the leading Manufacturing organization as HRBP -Senior Manager based out in Aurangabad (Waluj) location
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Proactively identifies and resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner
2. Manages and mitigates employee grievances by ensuring supervisors and leadership are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of plant issues
3. Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, communications)
4. Tracks and documents employment issues and requests as required for procedural and statutory purposes
5. Develops and implements hiring process for workmen and temporary employees
6. Ensuring end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations, and employee separation.
7. Responsible for hiring, selection and onboarding of employees
8. Understand Human Resource Management policies and processes, own up implementation and execution of all such policies.
9. Partnering with all employees on HR Issues and recommending actions on all People related issues for the business.
10. Ensure the data updating on Portal for all employees.
11. Analyze trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, and recommend interventions backed by data.
