Key Relationships:
Internal: Leaders & Business Partners for all the Functions, client's India HR Team, Global Client & Group's HR community, Service Functions (IT & Admin etc.)
External: Talent Partners, Learning Delivery Partners, Engagement & Intervention Partners, Academia Tie-ups, Auditors etc.
Language Skills
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi &/or Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Guide & support in driving Performance & Development for Growth Agenda through People Managers & Functional Leaders
- Partner with People Managers & Functional Leaders to drive Capability Enhancement, Succession Building & Talent Engagement plan & actions.
- Partner & facilitate Talent Planning & Hiring while being focused on building diversity.
- Partner with People Managers & Functional Leaders to understand Learning Needs/Priorities & facilitate addressal of same through appropriate channel, program design & delivery method.
- Oversee & Implement client's HR Strategy & Policies consistently & collaborate with site leaders for ensuring same
- Act as a Change agent in managing organizational change & ensure continuous improvement in quality & value of HR service.
- Support with mediation of workplace conflicts & grievances & investigation of Speak Ups
- Ensure compliance for different legal requirements as per local & global employment laws & applicable bodies (Internal & External Process & Functional auditors)
