Senior Manager - HR Business Partner


Job Purpose Statement:

Act as an internal consultant on all aspects under employee life-cycle management, Provide focus towards strategizing and execution of recruitment activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance on all employee life-cycle aspects to employees, team leaders and Department Heads

- Act as employee voice to senior management and executive employee-friendly initiatives

- Partner with line managers & business heads to retain and keep the high performers & critical team members engaged.

- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

- Ensure timely completion of mid-year and annual appraisals. Ensure performance related dialogues between manager &employees

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

- Provide HR policy guidance

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and execute training plan with the help of L&D team

- Works with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to recruit the best talent into the client groups

Key Result Areas:

- Focus on budget vs actual hiring across function

- Identify critical talent and their focus areas

- Facilitate inter-department talent movement

- Ensure timely closure of goal-setting, mid-year appraisals and annual appraisals for the department

- Conduct open house/connect sessions and address employee queries and grievances

- Educational Qualification : Management Degree in HR
