Seeking to identify a high-quality Human Resources Generalist to be a part of India's Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, starting from offer letter generation, on boarding, HRIS, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, collating payroll inputs, generating periodic salary analysis reports, employee grievance handling, legal matters and managing the exit formalities.
Work Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications
- Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness,as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.

- Proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide Integrated solutions
- Establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy
- Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs

- Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management

Experience :
- 6 - 10 years of experience in generalist HR within a mid-size organization
- Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions
- Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders
- Relationship management capabilities
