- Shall be responsible for managing end to end employee HR related issues for a business unit
- Shall be responsible for deploying organizational policies and procedures and ensure adherence
- With a team of 3 to 4 DR's shall manage all transactional work, including ensuring the PMS is rolled out on time, periodic employee engagement programs, rewards and recognition etc.
- Will need to identify reasons for high employee turnover and develop mitigation plans
- Create and lead an engaging employee on-boarding and induction program
Candidate profile :
- Between 12 to 16 years of experience post HR qualification
- Must have worked in the ITES or related industry
- Should be willing to work long, late and odd hours
- Sound understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High target orientation
