We have been mandated by a large reputed conglomerate in IT Services.

Position Name: Sr. Manager HR (Business Partner)

Reporting to: Head HR

Location: Bangalore, White Field.

Qualification : MBA or Equivalent

Experience : 8-12 Years

JOB PURPOSE :

1. Responsible for HR business Operations and stakeholder management to implement HR plans and solutions.

2. Lead /Support integration of HR policies-processes employee engagement drives, Employee Onboarding, EOS etc

3. Developing and implementing learning strategies and people development initiatives across organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managing complete employee life cycle from joining to exit.

- While understanding business, liase closely with the Leadership and global business leaders to form effective HR strategies.

- Understand thrust areas and plan tailored HR actions to support business.

- Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are created for all employees and work with the leadership - team on timely completion of the development areas.

- Ensure training calendar is in place based on the trainings identified through IDPs.

- Drive programs targeted at competency enhancement trainings leveraging Corporate L&D and other external/ internal resources other external/ internal resources .

- Benchmark the Company policies with best in the industry and ensure the same is communicated across the across the organization and addressing queries.

- Onboarding and orientation of new hires.

- Experience in handling establishment and payroll related compliances.

- Timely updating of HRMS and relevant employee database.

- Leave and attendance management.

- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

- Planning and executing employee engagement activities.

- HR reporting and analytics, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues / queries.

- Process ownership, adherence to policy and process guidelines.

- Handling medical insurance & related issues.

- Working on automation of HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate in Human Resources with 7 years of solid experience as Human Resource Business Partner.
