Purpose of the job : Our client is a Global IT/Engineering Product company which is rapidly expanding its operations and has ~1000+ employees who support the global teams in product design and technology enhancements. The major challenge for the Sr. Manager HRBP is to assist in the design and roll out of the overall HR Strategic Framework and align the employees with the Company culture and the business objectives. Reporting Relationship : The Sr. Manager HRBP will report to the Head of India HR &amp; Director. Responsibilities : - Work closely with the business leadership to define and fine tune the People Excellence strategy - Partner with business leadership in all the core Organization and People processes such as Organizational Effectiveness, Talent strategy, Succession planning, Compensation planning, Learning &amp; Development plans, employee engagement, I&amp;D, R&amp;R and Employer Branding - Develop and drive the Talent agenda for the partnering Business groups in line with the global Technology and local center strategy - Develop or internally leverage frameworks, processes and policies towards strengthening talent pipeline, retention and engagement and operational excellence and compliance, aligned to the overall Business strategy in a challenging and evolving work environment - Work closely with HR and Business stakeholders to further develop the existing Technical Talent framework to bring it to the next level - Leverage market knowledge to promote the company as an employer of choice and enhance overall employee experience with the company. Drive external university relations for internship, campus hiring and higher education programs for employees in line with the company Employer Branding strategy - Lead from front organizational initiatives in the areas of strengthening high performance culture, I&amp;D, employee communications and branding, training and higher education - Partner with regional and global HR organizations to share and leverage best policies and practices, report progress and metrics and enhance the center's representation in regional and global HR forums - Actively engage and influence the change management and continuous improvement in the HR function and the partnering Business groups - Ensure consistency and compliance of HR practices and policies - in compliance with central, state, and local laws Qualifications &amp; Requirements : - Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources / Industrial / Labor Relations from a reputed university or business school - At least 9 to 12 years- of relevant HR experience supporting Global Captive Center / R&amp;D center in capacity of HRBP with right scale and size - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage successfully business and functional priorities as HRBP - Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively communicate with employees, partners and global stakeholders at all necessary levels - Change Management and conflict resolution skills - Business acumen, process facilitation and problem-solving skills - Ability to drive HR processes and practices in a highly matrix global organization - Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills Good working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and practices including talent development, compensation &amp; benefits, university relations and contract talent management - Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals. - Strong communication skills coupled with influencing ability, business acumen and relationship management. Desired : - Certified/experienced in HR leadership and coaching practices - Awareness of Lean principles / experiences of process improvement in HR workstreams
