Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with leadership to align business objectives with HR strategies and initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to forecast workforce requirements and address talent gaps.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Plan and execute engagement activities, town halls, and feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a culture steward, ensuring alignment between company values and employee behavior.
Talent Development & Performance Management:
- Identify learning and development needs and work with the L&D team to design impactful training programs.
- Facilitate performance reviews and implement frameworks to recognize and reward top performers.
- Coach managers on employee development, feedback mechanisms, and conflict resolution.
HR Operations:
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Work with the HR team to maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee grievance management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness:
- Drive change management initiatives to support the organization's scaling needs.
- Develop and execute workforce restructuring strategies as needed.
- Build frameworks to ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and equitable workplace.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that promote inclusivity and reduce unconscious bias in hiring, promotions, and retention.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven organization.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in India.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics tools.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or a related field.
