Senior manager - HRBP
Position Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who can offer a strategic partnership with the business to support our vision for scaling the organization and incorporating our values. You will have a strategic focus couple with a day-to-day people operational mindset. You will lead all aspects of HR Business partnering including talent management, rewards and recognition, performance management, organizational and leadership development, brand management etc. This position reports to the Head Human Resources and Administration.

Primary Responsibilities: - Strategic Partnership: Partner with Business leadership to support a long- term business strategic imperatives for key people initiatives. Being a strategic people advisor, develop a strong business acumen, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and resulted effectively. Thoughtful ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners - you influence the decisions. You can root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data intelligence, then consult with the business, considering the impact on the business. Keep a strong connect with the business and set a high level of communication on regular basis.
- End-to-end People Operations: To lead all aspects of people operations verticals, including strategic workforce planning aligned with Talent Acquisition team, new hire integration, talent management and development, performance management, talent retention, rewards and recognition, employee relations and grievances management, compensation, and benefits etc. Identifies areas of opportunity and develop solutions to drive talent diversity, employee engagement and high performance.
- Project management: Strong in project management, change management, facilitative and consultation. Solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands effective deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and lead with appropriate solutions.
- Data Intelligence and Compliance: Effectively use data analytics using both qualitative and quantitative data and ability to draw conclusions. Ensure quality of people-related data to aid in better decision making and compliance. Also, keep a check on compliance with labor laws pertaining to all people matters.
- Team Oriented: Coordinate and develop a high performing team, influence, and motivate team members, upskilling and retaining talent. Demonstrate respect, credibility, and trust at all levels of the organization. Provide Coaching and mentoring as and when needed.
Experience & Qualification: - 12+ years of demonstrated experience as an HR practitioner with progressive HR business partner role, preferably a relevant industry exposure including working in multinational and multi-culture environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Exposure to employment- related laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree required; post graduate degree or related certification preferred.
- MBA in Human Resources, OR master's degree in social sciences or related field
- Certification in HR, coaching, is preferred.
