About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced HRBP Manager who will lead and manage the human resources function to align HR initiatives with business objectives across departments.
- This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to drive results through people management, process improvement, and change management.
- The HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a champion for employees, facilitating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Support organizational change initiatives, advising on structure, culture, and talent management.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related issues, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with employees and management, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
- Manage conflict resolution, employee grievances, and investigations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify skills gaps and implement training programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring continuous feedback, development plans, and performance evaluations.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and internal equity.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement DEI initiatives and track progress towards goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Over 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partnering role.
- Prior experience of at least 5 years , having worked in a GCC or GBS organization
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management.
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
