International BPO/KPO experience is must

9 to 12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in the relevant HRBP domain

Business Partnering experience is essential (partnering with Leaders, advising managers, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.)

The individual will support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business imperatives. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

This role also drives project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc.

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources business partnering objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Implements human resources Business Partnering strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including entire life cycle management of the employee - Administrative to strategic - On-boarding, confirmations, attrition management, employee surveys, Grievance Management, training and development, records management, Organisation culture, employee relations and employee retention compliance and labour relations.

- Manages human resources business partnering operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

- Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfilment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; and analysing information

- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values by participating in employee survey like Great Place to Work Survey / Internal Employee Satisfaction survey

- Supports compliance - Internal and External - Internal Audits, External Audits (whole gamut of ISO certifications).

- Supporting, driving, being part of the - Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013- and the rules made thereunder

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
