The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- HR Business for select business teams
- Partners with the Business heads and people leaders to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future recruiting, retention, succession planning.
- Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop/implement appropriate change management plans as required.
- Work with senior leaders in the organization to proactively identify employee challenges and work in a matrix organization to resolve them in a timely manner
- Partner with HR COEs like Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure exemplary support to business
- Help coach managers and employees and help translate company goals to every level in the organization.
- Be an employee advocate - while balancing organization's priorities
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Enable a culture of high performance and employee engagement. Identifying and developing talent pipeline for key roles.
- Creating a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback
