Position / Designation : Sr. Manager Business HR
Division : Commercial & Sales HR and Support functions
Desirable qualifications :
- Graduate
- Fulltime MBA/PGDBA in HR from reputed institutes
Experience (minimum) :
- HR Generalist experience of 10-15 years (preferably from Sales & marketing driven organization)
- Exposure to ER preferred
- Exposure to Talent Management systems, HR IT systems preferred

- Ability to communicate with field and leadership team
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Sound Functional Knowledge on HR processes
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with cross functional teams.

- Support Talent acquisition with focus on hiring the right talent for the business
- Support retention and engagement of Business teams - Commercial, Sales and Support functions
- Partner with Business to drive Performance Excellence Culture and implementation of Performance Management Systems
- Support business in Talent Development initiatives and drive Talent Management System
- Support business in Career Development
- Ensure proper implementation of HR systems and processes as well documentation
- Lead key HR projects for the organization
- Partner with business in shaping key HR initiatives
- Support in Employee Relations matters both in terms of documentation and building harmonious Employee Relations in the field
