Job Description :  Talent Acquisition :   - Contribute to talent needs identification & job requisitions and head count budget management  - Recruitment (candidates final selection & hiring for key positions),  - Be part of interview panel and final selection as decided by the talent team  - Validate candidate & conduct offer management for managers  - Conduct on-boarding and Induction activities in CBU  - Administer employee confirmation process  Performance and Talent :   - Performance management ( Objective setting, facilitating Mid-year and Annual review)  - Employees' performance and potential calibration with business leaders   - Consolidate performance ratings at CBU level with heads of function and submit recommendations   - Prepare talent review - identification of potential, successors for key positions, identifying developmental needs and creating an action plan and coordinate with Talent team  - Support Talent team and business onthe deployment of career discussions  - To coordinate with C&B on identification of comparator companies, survey action plan, inputs on annual salary matrix, and annual salary budget management   - Submit recommendations on salary increase   - Help animate Danone's learning strategy, enable and facilitate One Learning a Day  - Provide inputs/review training plan and coordinate with L&D for implementation   Employee Relations :   - Maintain positive employee/industrial relations   - Grievance management  - Discipline and Performance improvement plan/management  - Implementation of health and safety agenda / programs  - Ensure application of HR policies and guidelines  - Exit management including exit interview and analysis and action plan to retain key talents  Desired Candidates' Profile :  - An MBA graduate from any manufacturing Company with good IR exposure  - Should have experience in signing up the settlelments
