Strong HRBP experience for a Technology / Banking / Financial Services / Fintech Business unit.
Job Description :
- Partners with business leaders to coach, support, guide and provide perspective for enabling business decisions.
- Set challenging HR goals with a close cooperation with HR and internal stakeholders.
- Be the sounding board for the BU and management & act as the single point of contact for internal clients
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management like coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions
- Act as the project manager for large cross-functional change management projects
- Assist employees with onsite assignments and related HR matters.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
