Sr Manager - HR BP - IT/ FS

We are hiring for an HR BP for a leading Financial Services based at Hyderabad.

Position: HR BP- ONLY FROM IT Industry/ BFSI Sector

Experience: 8-11 years from Industry with good HR BP / HR Generalist.

Role & Responsibilities :

- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee along with partnering with business stakeholders, supporting client discussions, managing employee escalations

- Ability to impact and influence business leaders/managers and get things done. Well-developed networking and communication skills.

- High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.

- Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business-critical initiatives

- Build an effective communication plan/governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders.

- Team Leading Experience is preferable.
