HR Business Partner / Field HR - Sr. manager - Pharmaceutical

In this crucial role, you'll play a pivotal role in hiring the dynamic sales and marketing team across Mumbai. You'll be the champion for the field employees, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support they need to excel.
What you'll do:
Champion Employee Success:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to optimize recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes for a seamless experience.
- Drive employee engagement through regular communication, conducting touchpoints, and implementing initiatives based on employee feedback.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify and address areas for improvement, minimizing regrettable attrition.
Fuel Business Growth:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top Sales and Marketing talent aligned with business needs.
- Partner with L&D to identify training needs and ensure effective development programs for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide valuable insights for informed business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, keeping the Sales team compliant.
Empower & Develop Your Team:
- Provide expert guidance and support to your team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Oversee the development of high-potential employees within the Sales and Marketing function.
Collaboration is Key:
- Build strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient HR experience for all Sales employees.
You're a great fit if you have:
- 14-20 years of experience in HR, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in hiring Sales and Marketing people recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for employee engagement and building positive work cultures.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
