Our client is a healthcare provider in India which enables innovative end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing solutions to their clients   Role Description :  - Develop and implement the HR roadmap for the business unit, working with senior business management and the HR leadership (local and global)  - Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Organization Structure and Skills Assessments Identify the key HR areas that need to be driven across the business based on feedback received from ESAT, Climate survey, Attrition data, Audits and others.   - To create solutions to address the need, to align HR solutions to people needs.   - Manage end to end employee life cycle including confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation   - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels)   - Employee Relations-Act as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies/procedures.   - Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching.   - Training- Work with the managers to assess, develop and deliver training programs as needed   - Develop, implement and measure programmatic initiatives to meet organization goals. Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic changing environment. Develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required.  Critical Skills and Abilities :  - Ability to quickly form strong relationships, enabling you to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Experience assessing management and executive level talent.  - Experience working in an environment of high innovation and ownership requiring strong multi-tasking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.  - Flexible to Work in Night Shift.  Relevant Experience : 12 - 16 years, 8 -12 years in ER and HRBP role  Should be open to working in night shifts
