The Senior HR Business Partner will be ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives :

- Create the HR People Strategy for the organization and align it to the business strategy

- Partnering with business to continuously create policies in tandem with the rapid expansion plans

- Setting up multiple employee engagement practices to reiterate and establish org culture

- Establishing performance review mechanism and setting KRAs for different roles to introduce performance management cycle

- Evaluating team culture, reporting people metrics, managing performance reviews, engaging for career development and exit conversations

- Designed and delivered training program for Managerial Effectiveness.

- Own, drive and be the ambassador of culture in the organization span.

- Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met

- Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment, succession planning, Engagement survey, etc.

- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for critical HR processes.

- Act as a go-to person for business managers and teams on organizational policy matters

- Drive communication and organizational change plans that ensure appropriate pre-wiring and alignment with key partners and are thoughtfully executed to mitigate risk and drive positive employee engagement.-

- Diversified knowledge and application of HR processes and programs such as organization development, organizational change, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation & rewards, training, and recruitment.

Desired Knowledge and skills :

- Experience in Startup culture, high learnability, and ability to partner with Leadership team

- Demonstrating Ownership & Accountability

- Ability to Plan & Prioritize

- HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes

- Strong Problem-Solving Skills

- Strong communication skills, especially with large groups

- Stakeholder management & a demonstrated ability to influence

- Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results

- Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to business results

- An ability to think outside the box and creative thinking
