Senior Manager - HR Business Partner
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Setting objectives for the HR function and tracking progress
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Managing the globally distributed workforce
- Developing compensation and benefits plans
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Suggest, support, implement improvements and best practices to the entire recruitment process
- Own and lead the entire recruitment process
- Monitor various HR metrics
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure HR function addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- MBA from a reputed university
- Overall 6 to 8 years of experience
