HR Business Partner
- Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management of the specific client group - including talent management, identify talent pipeline needs & support
- Enables initiatives around HR processes (e.g. Annual Performance Review, Onboarding, Capability Development etc)
- Fosters function-based team effectiveness and employee engagement
- Provides HR project support for client-based needs and within the HR team, as assigned (e.g. employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, process improvements etc)
- Partnering with the HR COE's in Recruitment, Operations, Learning & Development and HR Shared Services team & global function HRBP (as required)
- Ensures adherence to global, regional and local HR processes and standards
TA + HR Ops
Talent Acquisition - To propose and execute the Annual Resource requirement and ensure timely hiring of resources with minimal lead time for an effective employee management cycle to achieve smooth operations in business
- Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management of the Electronic Vehicle Department including talent management, identify talent pipeline needs & support
- Take complete control as and when required for challenging roles & ensure timely action & deliverable
- Demonstrate strong ethics & work culture
- Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects
- Enables initiatives around HR processes (e.g. Annual Performance Review, On-boarding, Capability Development etc)
- Work with cross functional teams for talent hiring needs and other special projects from time to time
- Maintain a harmonious & cordial work environment with all internal & external stakeholders
