No. of Interviews Round - Three (PR, VP HR and Business Leader)
Team size- 2 to 3
He/ She will be managing end to end HR activities for the Hyderabad site (approximately 1800 employees).
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring seamless HR operations like payroll, Statutory Compliances, WHM/LOP data, on-boarding. Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
- Drive Attrition /retention discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets
- Facilitate and drive leadership connect through 1-on-1, 1 to many connects viz. Round Table discussions. Work with managers to close actions taken on the feedback.
- Implement key diversity, CSR and sustainability initiatives at the business unit level.
- Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes across locations.
- Conductand managing IC-SAT.
- Own and drive E-SAT and VoE
- Own & drive the performance process in partnership with the business.
- Manage the Rewards and Recognition initiatives
- Manage Team

Education: The HR Business Partner must have MBA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
Experience: A candidate for the position will demonstrate a minimum of 9-10 years of working experience in HR, expertise to manage team, a suitable candidate will also have some experience preferably in an organization within the same industry as the business.
