We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our company as the Head HRBP (Business Process Outsourcing - BPO). As the Head HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources Business Partner function within our BPO business unit. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business goals and objectives
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the BPO business goals. Provide guidance and support on organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process for critical positions within the BPO business unit. Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Organizational Development: Identify and address organizational development needs within the BPO business unit. Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement initiatives to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. Conduct organizational assessments and recommend interventions to optimize team performance.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on HR analytics and trends to senior management and business leaders.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the BPO business unit. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or compliance issues.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR or an MBA would be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, in a leadership role within the BPO industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of the BPO industry, its operations, and challenges. Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide effective HR solutions to support growth and profitability.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Change Management: Experience in driving and managing organizational change initiatives. Ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Collaboration and Influencing: Strong collaborative and partnership skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Integrity and Confidentiality: High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
