Job Description:
- Partnering with Business Managers and provided thought leadership and pro-active solutions which were very critical to growth and development.
- Spearheading and providing strategic direction for end to end support of HR operations function and for establishment of human resources function for specific business units in India
- Designed and managed various HR programs including engagement initiatives, HR process improvement and automation using various HRIS tools to support 1200 employees
- Collaborating with business, managing and driving key HR practices and playing the role of a strategic HR partner with leadership team.
- Formulating strategies for talent management including talent retention, performance management, talent planning, succession and promotion planning, attrition analysis as per business directives
- Develop recruitment strategies for the hiring process.
- Work in partnership with business on employee title mapping and building a career path for various business units.
- Need analysis on compensation restructuring for specific units and implementing required changes.
- Establishing, training and managing HR team members across levels and building organization culture to develop world class work environment and meet local needs
- Providing HR advisory and consultation to leadership team on various strategic and other organizational initiatives.
- Strategic initiatives implemented basis a root cause analysis through various HR interventions such as compensation restructuring and strategic initiatives to address attrition to bring down.
- Initiatives such as targeting candidates service notice period, identifying back up candidates, highlighting challenges in identifying niche skill resources based on market knowledge, promoting eligible internal resources for immediate requirements and periodic connect with stakeholders were some of the initiative implemented to reduce turnaround time to hire resources in dynamic environment for Advisory Service line.
