Sr Manager - HRBP with a Leading Bank in Bangalore
- Work closely with managers and executives to align HR practices with overall business objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Involved in talent planning, identifying skill gaps, and helping to develop strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career progression.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening applicants to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Work on employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire is typically part of the TA role.
- Ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations is another crucial aspect of the HRBP role.
