Job Description :
- Opportunity to partner with highly skilled team and work on multiple projects involving senior leadership
- Manage the entire employee life cycle of a tech-focused business unit of the organization
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders.
- Validate the accuracy of the information for onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfer of employees.
- Partner with HR Team to complete annual mandatory audits, including benefits and payroll audit.
- Work on important projects with key leadership and drive HR agenda
- Education: MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools (XLRI, TISS) preferred
- Experience in working for Manufacturing organizations is ideal
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
- Experience managing a team of reportees directly
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
