- Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business in alignment with business and management's philosophy.
- Framing and implementing policies as per management guidelines and expectations, aligning them with HQ HR philosophy.
- Framing the unbiased comprehensive performance management system to achieve a balanced growth and contribution from employees.
- Managing talent and succession planning
- Preparing for various reports and MIS as per organizations requirement.
- Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
- Preparing and managing HR budgets as per management guidelines and requirements
