Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (Attrition & Retention) :

- Provide functional support & direction to Business Unit Heads, identify training needs within the group, ensuring optimum levels of performance, productivity and quality.

- Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & corrective + preventive action plans (CAP).

- Backstop support for resolving complex trouble-shooting Issues and customer escalations, within the framework of Policy & Procedures.

- Effectively managing attrition within acceptable levels and develop strategies to increase retention.

- Analysis of reports including process dashboards, team performance reports and initiating appropriate action plans.

- Identify best practices / process re-engineering opportunities and implementing these across teams in Operations.

- Providing leadership and ensuring high level of motivation at process level.

- Weekly performance feedback, outlier management and maintaining systematic records of the same.

- Appraise each Team Member, create a development plan and identify training needs.

- Analyze business trends to optimize resource utilization and manage competitive performance.

- Employee engagement and Leadership Skills Development.

- Conducting Attrition Management Workshops across Manager levels to control Attrition.

- Liaise with support functions to bridge process gaps.

- Facilitate skip level meetings to identify areas of improvement in various teams and propose appropriate engagement intervention

- Stay connected with employees, do regular 1-1 with critical people and escalate risks

- Drive programs on retention and succession planning of critical talent

- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition

- Responsible to solve employee queries / manage employee relations issues

- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs

- Conceptualize and execute reward program for onsite and offshore team

Performance management :

- Drive the goal setting process across the team and advise managers on the process

- Drive orientation programs with employees on performance management process

- Act as a consultant to managers on managing poor performers as well as high performers

- Facilitate promotion review meeting with the business

HR Operations :

- Acts on reporting information around issues like monthly MIS, Attrition and exit interview analysis

- Communication and implementation of HR policies and programs

Key Relationships/Interactions :

- Business Group

- Human Resource Business Partners

- HR Solutions, Payroll, Benefits and Resourcing

- Global specialist functions such as COE development and development specialists

- Should be willing to travel across offices

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- MBA HR or equivalent with 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in Managing Attrition & Retention within the BPO Space & Employee Strength of Minimum 5000 Plus.

- Good Communication and great team contributor

- Ability to work in remote model (both for business team and HR team)

- Strong excel skills and ability to structure and manage data well

- Openness to innovation & change/ tolerance for ambiguity

- Performance orientation

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style

- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues

- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
