1. Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
2. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
3. Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
4. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
5. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
6. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
7. Manage employee exits effectively, conduct exit interviews\Public & Non Confidential Information
8. Drive cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed
Eligibility:
1. Minimum of 4-6 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships, establish trust and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive and timely manner
3. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee, diversity, performance management, recruitment and employee engagement
