- Managing the recruitment process end to end for designated Business Functions as advised by reporting manager.
- Completing joining formalities for the new recruits including trainees
- Closing positions within a defined turnaround time and as per requirements.
- Maintaining good offer to joining ratio.
- Communication of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through meetings, open house, new joint meetings, etc.
- Ground level sensing of employee concerns/ behavior, red flag, and report observations to the seniors. Conducting Exit interviews.
- Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g., Recruitment, Transfer, Leave Request, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc.) as directed by reporting manager.
- Ensuring right data management through accurate & timely maintenance/updating of the data and systems

Key Responsibilities Streamlining HR functions, reporting on
- HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations.
- Key Result Areas (KRA) Provides day-to-day operational HR guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work as directed by reporting manager and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
