Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Complex data analysis - Integrate and manage large data sets to support decision makers through interpretation of data into relevant observations. Consult with HR leaders to identify key business problems that we can solve through analysis and data transparency
2. Maintain operational excellence by employing high quality methods of data cleansing and data integrity assurance
3. Execute on the larger people analytics vision to bring scalable, efficient and automated processes
4. Develop and track people metrics, create visualizations and perform predictive analytics to provide people insights to HR and business leaders
5. Actively pursue development and improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools
6. Develop strong partnerships and relationships; fully accountable for engaging the appropriate HR partners to drive the work and deliver against expected outcomes
