Job Description :
- Drive end to end HR & Admin Operations which majorly includes Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, various HR related MIS and Data Management and Employee Engagement initiatives, Talent Management, Leaning & Development, Organizational Development initiatives and Administration.
- The incumbent should be well-versed with HR Planning, Budgeting process, Esat Survey action planning, Compensation surveys, Process Improvements, HR analytics & audits, various documentation and developing HRIS to have readily available Business Intelligence HR data.
- Should have experience of handling facilities, travel, vendor management, hotel and overall facilitation from the HR & Admin perspective.
- It is essentially an HR & Admin generalist profile.
