Senior Manager/Head - Sales position in a well-known integrated logistics organization (Transportation & Warehousing) organization.

Salary: 15-20 LPA + ESOPS
Client/Organization : Our client, a well-known integrated logistics service provider based in Mumbai is looking for Sales leadership role, Director or equivalent (Depending on background).
Experience/Job Description :
Overall -
1. Must have FMCG Sales and sales experience in logistics (Transportation & Warehousing) industry.
2. Good in analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
3. Excellent communication Skills
4. Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing Management and CXO level clients
5. Preferred candidates would be from top management institutes and/or working in a integrated well known logistics company at Middle to senior management level.
Strategic Planning -
1. Business planning and analysis of revenue potential in business opportunities
2. Formulating team goals and developing business plans for augmenting revenues and profits
3. Manage the P&L and maintain healthy accounts
Sales & Marketing / Business Development :
1. Overseeing sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
2. Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization for revenue generation through sales
Key Account Management :
1. Identifying prospective clients in the assigned territories, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets
2. Participating in techno-commercial negotiations for obtaining business orders from clients
3. Manage relationships with Customs, Authorities, shipping lines, shipping agencies, freight forwarders, transporters etc. and negotiate their rates, contract terms, facilities and services and ensure competitive and satisfactory professional relations.
Team Management :
1. Handle 10-15+ team members
2. Support and maintain a positive work environment that nurtures team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills
3. Recruiting, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
4. Managing the B2B sales across Maharashtra through a team of Partners and Area Sales Managers.
