Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the demand generation and event marketing efforts for Client ERP Product business unit.

- The ideal Product Marketer candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns and events that drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound motions.

- S/he will also be a strong communicator, cross team player with a deep understanding of the SaaS business and preferably ERP with strong exposure to MEA and APAC regions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns for the ERP Product business unit, encompassing email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, aligned with a defined marketing budget.

- Manage the entire event marketing lifecycle for the ERP business unit, including planning, budgeting, executing, and evaluating events to maximize their impact on lead generation and brand awareness.

- Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to socialize new features and ensure effective communication of Product value propositions to target audiences.

- Implement strategies to enhance the Company's and Product's ranking on review platforms like Capterra and G2, boosting brand visibility and credibility.

- Establish and maintain a robust sales qualified leads (SQL) measurement framework to track the effectiveness of demand generation and event management activities in driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

- Continuously analyse and optimize demand generation and event management campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Product marketing, with a demonstrated focus on demand generation, Product marketing and event management

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns and events that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth

- Strong understanding of the SaaS and ERP market, its competitive landscape, and the target customer persona

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

- Proficient in Marketing automation and intent driven content and campaigns, such as Market to or HubSpot or Algolia, and experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics

- Expertise in measuring and analysing SQL metrics to assess the effectiveness of demand generation and event management initiatives
