We have an excellent opportunity with fast growing Startup in Bangalore for Sr. Manager/Head- Operations Excellence.
Looking for Young, energetic candidates to drive the Operations/Process from scratch.
- Designed and set up the operational processes to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs.
- Identifying reasons for Non Compliance on SLA / TAT and conducting root-cause analysis and taking preventive measures for repeated escalations
- Ability to understand the customer's pain points and design, improve operational preprocess.
- Team/People Management: Has prior experience and has excelled in managing fairly large teams
- Experience of working with cross functional teams
- Able to identify problems and articulate well enough to drive product improvements
- Good at Data Analysis/Metrics
Qualities & Qualification:
- MBA from top tier 1/Tier2 institutes (Mandatory) +B.E/ B. Tech from Premier Institutes (Preferred)
- Ability to get things done and solving complex problems
- Ability to work in cross functional team
- Passion for customer focused services business
- Team builder and communicator. Translates corporate business goals into well-defined performance plans for the organisation
- High-energy, with a nimble and analytical mind. A nose for opportunities
