Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Management with 7-10 years of
- Experience in managing business channel.
- E-commerce experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in sale is must and should have knowledge on business metrics and sales operations.
- Someone who is exited to build the business by make customer experience a competitive strength.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the channel P/L and drive revenue goals
- Garner customer insights to identify new growth opportunities
- Own customer experience and retention by creating customized solution using consumer research and insights.
- Make customer experience a competitive strength for the brand
- Manage and track online business metrics to drive efficiency in channel deliverables and sales operations.
- Manage online sales and service team and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maximize performance.
